Business Hours: 10AM-7PM. Appointments scheduled outside of my regular business hours are considered after-hours appointments and are subject to an additional fee of $30.

A $20 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required for your appointment to be confirmed. This will go towards your service.

Please be sure to provide the correct contact information when booking.

NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING AND REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE OF THE MISSED SERVICE. If I choose to make a one-time exception and allow you to rebook, the remaining balance of the missed appointment must be paid in full before a new appointment can be scheduled. This payment does not apply toward the new appointment, and a new deposit will be required to secure your new booking.

Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to refuse service to any client, at any time, for any reason deemed necessary to protect my business, safety, well-being, or professional standards.

Health & Safety Policy: For the safety of both client & technician, services will not be performed if nails or surrounding skin exhibiting any of the following: open cuts, wounds, broken skin, bleeding or blood exposure, signs of infection, excessive inflammation & swelling, or other concerning abnormalities. If these conditions are present at your appointment, service may be refused, modified, or rescheduled.

Late Policy: A 15-minute grace period is offered. After the grace period, you may be asked to reschedule/cancel your appointment or you will be charged an additional $15 following the completion of the service. Let me know in advance if you suspect scheduling conflicts.

If you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment.

If you have questions pertaining to pricing or what to book under, please ask prior to booking your appointment. Please be sure to select all neccessary add ons when booking. Not booking correctly does not mean you will not be charged.

Repairs: Your satisfaction is important to me! Complimentary repairs are available within 14 days of your original appointment. Repairs requested after 14 days will be subject to a repair fee. Fee varies depending on what is being done during the appointment and will be discussed and confirmed prior to us meeting. If 5+ nails need repairs, a full set will be required instead of individual repairs.
